Craft bakery, café and delicatessen centrally located on the town square of Bodø.
We are the Berbusmel brothers: a baker and a chef. In the autumn of 2018, we opened our own craft bakery with a café and delicatessen on the square in Bodø. The bakery is a natural meeting place for a cup of coffee, lunch meetings, and the place to go to buy that little extra for the weekend. We focus on modern craftsmanship, quality and local ingredients. We bake bread with few ingredients and long rising time – it gives the best breads, we believe. In our shop you will also find a rich selection of delicacies for sale, everything from cured meats, to good cheeses, oils, vinegars and fresh meat.
Our philosophy is about local dishes and ingredients, pure flavors and a mix of traditional and modern techniques.
We provide catering for small and large occasions – weddings and confirmations, meetings and events, tapas evenings with friends and the daily lunch at work. Everything is made from scratch, and we use local suppliers where we can.
